DESCRIPTION:Diabetes Garage es un taller gratuito presentado por el Distrito de Salud Metropolitano de San Antonio y Community First. Enseña a los hombres con diabetes cómo alimentar su cuerpo correctamente para que funcione al máximo— igual que un auto. \nLos miembros que se inscriban y asistan a al menos tres clases recibirán una caja de herramientas con suministros para el cuidado de la diabetes. \nCada sesión se llevará a cabo de 12:00 p.m. a 2:00 p.m.\, e incluye almuerzo en la clínica WIC Salinas. \n\nSesión 1 – 31 de julio de 2025\nSesión 2 – 7 de agosto de 2025\nSesión 3 – 14 de agosto de 2025\nSesión 4 – 21 de agosto de 2025\n\nPara miembros hombres de Community First con diabetes\, de 18 años en adelante. DESCRIPTION:Community First in-person Zumba sponsorship will be held every Thursday from 5 p.m. – 6 p.m. at Enrique Barrera Community Fitness Center located at 5800 Historic Old Highway 90 (formerly 5800 Enrique M Barrera Parkway) – in the multipurpose room.
