DESCRIPTION:Diabetes Garage is a FREE workshop presented by the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District and Community First to teach men with diabetes how to fuel their bodies properly so it can perform at its best—just like a car. \nMembers who attend at least three classes will receive a loaded toolbox with diabetes supplies. \nEach session is from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.\, with lunch provided at Westfall Library at 6111 Rosedale Ct\, San Antonio\, TX 78201. \n\nSession 1 – April 2\, 2026\nSession 2 – April 9\, 2026\nSession 3 – April 16\, 2026\nSession 4 – April 23\, 2026\n\nFor male Community First Members with diabetes ages 18 and up.
