DESCRIPTION:Diabetes Garage is a FREE workshop presented by the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District and Community First to teach men with diabetes how to fuel their bodies properly so it can perform at its best—just like a car. \nMembers who attend at least three classes will receive a loaded toolbox with diabetes supplies. \nEach session is from 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.\, with lunch provided at the Resource Center at Villa Coronado at 11030 Ruidosa St.\, Building 2\, San Antonio\, TX 78214. \n\nSession 1 – February 5\, 2026\nSession 2 – February 12\, 2026\nSession 3 – February 19\, 2026\nSession 4 – February 26\, 2026\n\nFor male Community First Members with diabetes ages 18 and up. Registration begins at 8 AM on the first MONDAY of the month. \nCheck-in will start at 5:15 PM\, doors open at 5:30 PM.
