DESCRIPTION:Diabetes Garage is a FREE workshop presented by the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District and Community First to teach men with diabetes how to fuel their bodies properly so it can perform at its best—just like a car. \nMembers who attend at least three classes will receive a loaded toolbox with diabetes supplies. \nEach session is from 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.\, with lunch provided at the Harvey E Najim YMCA at 3122 Roosevelt Ave\, San Antonio\, TX 78214. \n\nSession 1 – November 4\, 2025\nSession 2 – November 11\, 2025\nSession 3 – November 18\, 2025\nSession 4 – November 25\, 2025\n\nFor male Community First Members with diabetes ages 18 and up.
