SUMMARY:2025 Diabetes Garage March Series
DESCRIPTION:Diabetes Garage is a FREE workshop presented by the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District and Community First to teach men with diabetes how to fuel their bodies properly so it can perform at its best—just like a car. \nMembers who attend at least three classes will receive an H-E-B gift card and a loaded toolbox with diabetes supplies. Also\, if you sign up for the March series\, you will be entered into a drawing for a pair of tickets to the April 23rd San Antonio FC soccer match!* \nEach session is from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.\, with lunch provided at the Cortez Library Branch. \n\nSession 1 – March 12\, 2025\nSession 2 – March 19\, 2025\nSession 3 – March 26\, 2025\nSession 4 – April 2\, 2025\n\nFor male Community First Members with diabetes ages 18 and up.
