SUMMARY:2025 Diabetes Garage April Series
DESCRIPTION:Diabetes Garage is a FREE workshop presented by the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District and Community First to teach men with diabetes how to fuel their bodies properly so it can perform at its best—just like a car. \nMembers who attend at least three classes will receive an H-E-B gift card and a loaded toolbox with diabetes supplies. Also\, if you sign up for the April series\, you will be entered into a drawing for a pair of tickets to the May 28th San Antonio FC soccer match!* \nEach session is from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.\, with food provided at the Pan American Library Branch. \n\nSession 1 – April 8\, 2025\nSession 2 – April 15\, 2025\nSession 3 – April 22\, 2025\nSession 4 – April 29\, 2025\n\nFor male Community First Members with diabetes ages 18 and up.
