Community First Health Plans marketing representatives will be available to answer questions about our insurance plans for members and potential members. \nSan Antonio Neighbors Together (SANT) is a community outreach initiative aimed at uniting neighborhoods and fostering a police-community relationship that truly reflects the unique spirit of our city. 402 neighborhoods in the San Antonio area have registered for San Antonio Neighbors Together.
