Effective November 1, 2021, the individual policy files that were on the HHSC EVV webpage are now updated into the EVV Policy Handbook.
November 1, 2021, the EVV Policy Handbook Revisions was posted and lists the EVV policy changes. Summary of Request: Participating providers, FMSAs and CDS employers should reference the revised EVV Policy Handbook that was published on November 1, 2021. Action: Participating providers, FMSAs and CDS employers should now reference EVV Policy Handbook Revisions – November 2021 (texas.gov) for all policy guidance and the latest updates.
Providers will utilize EVV Service Bill Codes Table Version 9.6, which HHSC published to the EVV Webpage (Electronic Visit Verification | Texas Health and Human Services) on November 1, 2021. These codes allow for the proper STAR Health service billing combinations which had previously had a discrepancy.
