IMPORTANT: All Providers MUST attend a Provider Onboarding Session within 30 days of their effective date, per their contract agreement with Community First Health Plans.

Select Your Onboarding Session

To experience the most seamless and comprehensive provider experience, Community First recommends signing up for at least one Provider Education session. Attending these sessions will educate you on these key topics. The only topic required is the Provider Onboarding session. Providers are more than welcome to select None from the drop-down menu if you are not interested in attending a session besides the Provider Onboarding session.
Once a session has been selected, and you have submitted the form, you will receive a Webex invitation from Community First Provider Experience within 24 business hours of registration. *The session titled "New Authorization Training (INTERNAL STAFF ONLY)" is for Internal Staff only and is not required for the completion of the form.
