STAR
A Medicaid health care program that covers low-income children, pregnant women, newborns, and some families.
STAR Kids
A Medicaid health care program that covers children and adults (ages 20 and younger) who have disabilities.
CHIP
A health care program for children (ages 18 and younger) whose families earn too much to get Medicaid but cannot afford private health insurance.
CHIP Perinate
A health care program for pregnant women to assist in the baby’s healthy development during pregnancy and after birth.Medicare Advantage (HMO)
A comprehensive Medicare plan that offers seniors (ages 65 and up) hospital coverage (Part A), medical coverage (Part B), prescription drug coverage (Part D), and extra coverage for things like vision, hearing, and dental.
Medicare Advantage (HMO) Dual Special Needs Plan (D-SNP)
A type of Medicare Advantage (HMO) Dual Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) plan designed to provide extra help and support for people with low incomes or certain conditions and diseases.
University Family Care Plan
A health care plan for University Health employees.

University Community Care Plan (Health Insurance Exchange)
A high quality health care plan for individuals and families available on the Health Insurance Exchange.
