Fiesta is here! Community First Health Plans is excited to unveil our 2024 Fiesta Medal inspired by our love for our shared culture
and the people in our community.
Here’s how you can get one of your own – for free.
1. Attend one of the free community events listed below.
2. Find the Community First Health Plans booth/table and drop off a minimum of 5 items to help us stock our Community First Food Pantries. Find a list of needed items here.
3. Receive a FREE Community First Fiesta Medal!*
*While supplies last. Quantities are limited. Only ONE medal per person across all locations/events.
You can also earn a medal by dropping off donations at our Avenida Guadalupe Community Office beginning April 15 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our office is located at 1410 Guadalupe Street, Ste 222. San Antonio, TX 78207.

The music, the arts, the food, the MEDALS…these are just some of the things that make Fiesta San Antonio what it is. But Fiesta is also a party with a purpose.
