Here’s how you can get a 2025 Community First Fiesta Medal of your own – for free.
1. Attend one of the free community events listed below.
2. Find the Community First Health Plans booth/table and drop off a minimum of 5 items to help us stock our Community First Food Pantries. Find a list of needed items here.
3. Receive a FREE 2025 Community First Fiesta Medal!*
*While supplies last. Quantities are limited. Only ONE medal per person across all locations/events.
You can also earn a medal by dropping off donations at our Avenida Guadalupe Community Office beginning April 21 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our office is located at 1410 Guadalupe Street, Ste 222. San Antonio, TX 78207.
