We’ve partnered with the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District to help men with diabetes manage their symptoms during a FREE four-week series called Diabetes Garage Workshop.

The workshop uses automotive maintenance examples to describe how men with diabetes should care for themselves, like feeding their bodies the right foods for high performance.

Members who attend at least three classes will receive a loaded toolbox with diabetes supplies.
