Diabetes Garage Workshop Series
Take care of your diabetes like your favorite car!
We’ve partnered with the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District to help men with diabetes manage their symptoms during a FREE four-week series called Diabetes Garage Workshop.
The workshop uses automotive maintenance examples to describe how men with diabetes should care for themselves, like feeding their bodies the right foods for high performance.
Members who attend at least three classes will receive a loaded toolbox with diabetes supplies.
Space is limited, so save your spot today! This program is available to male Community First Members with diabetes ages 18 and up.

Each session is from 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m., with lunch provided at the Resource Center at Villa Coronado.
