Children of Traveling Farmworkers
Traveling farmworkers and their family can get health care services quickly and free transportation or gas money for doctor’s visits.
Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)
NEMT services are available to Community First STAR, STAR Kids, STAR+PLUS, and Medicare Advantage HMO Members who have no other means of transportation to get to scheduled health care appointments.
Member Interpretation Services
Community First provides free, 24-hour access to interpreter services at no cost for Community First Members with limited English proficiency (LEP) or who use sign language. Interpreters are available in more than 200 languages by request.
All materials requiring Texas Health and Human Services Commission approval have been reviewed and approved. All Member materials are available in English and Spanish.
