Attend a special kickoff celebration for San Antonio Neighbors Together! All are invited to join in on the fun and enjoy family activities, snacks, and more! Come by and pick up information from a wide range of organizations and enjoy the festivities. Community First Health Plans marketing representatives will be available to answer questions about our insurance plans for members and potential members.

San Antonio Neighbors Together (SANT) is a community outreach initiative aimed at uniting neighborhoods and fostering a police-community relationship that truly reflects the unique spirit of our city. 402 neighborhoods in the San Antonio area have registered for San Antonio Neighbors Together.
