You’re invited to our annual Senior Citizen Appreciation Fiesta for a morning of connection, enjoyment, giveaways, and more! This is a free, family-friendly, indoor event with activities for all ages!

Seniors and their families can enjoy:

1 free produce bag per senior (while supplies last)
Healthy Bingo with fun prizes and more!

Our Medicare team will be available to answer questions about our Community First Medicare Advantage Plans (HMO). We will also have representatives available to review all our health plan options for each member of your family.
