As previously communicated, Community First Health Plans (Community First) implemented a change in our core operational system from AMISYS to QNXT on June 1, 2019.
As of December 31, 2020, our legacy core system (AMISYS) was sunsetted. As a result, Community First is no longer adjudicating claims with dates of service prior to June 1, 2019.
Claims or Appeals not received and processed prior to December 18, 2020 are no longer eligible for payment and consideration by Community First.
