Community First Health Plans is participating in the 16 de Septiembre Parade, taking place in the historic Avenida Guadalupe neighborhood. This parade began 38 years ago to recognize San Antonio de Bexar’s role in the Mexican War of Independence.

Join us as we honor Hispanic Heritage Month, as well as this important part of San Antonio history!
