Celebrate Fiesta® 2026 with Community First!

Fiesta is a celebration we hold close to our hearts. The music, the culture, the food, the MEDALS…these are just some of the things that make Fiesta San Antonio special.

Our mission is similar: to serve our community by providing access to quality health care AND by donating to local organizations that offer additional help for education, disability services, food insecurity, and much more.

Follow these steps for a chance to get your hands on a FREE Community First medal!
*While supplies last. Quantities are limited. Only ONE medal per person across all locations/events.

Visit our table at an event and ask for a Community First Fiesta medal.

To receive your FREE Community First medal, show our team that you’re following us on Facebook or Instagram and pose for a picture!*

You can also earn a free Community First medal* by dropping off 5 non-perishable food pantry items at our Avenida Guadalupe Community Office between April 16-26, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our office is located at 1410 Guadalupe Street, Ste 222. San Antonio, TX 78207.
