Aid the Silent 5K & 10K Run/Walk

Community First Health Plans is a proud sponsor of the Aid the Silent 5K & 10K Run/Walk! Race or stroll through the heart of Boerne, and raise funds to provide resources and opportunities to deaf and hard-of-hearing children. Free entry for those who are deaf or hard-of-hearing!
