English/Spanish Translation Specialist, Corporate Communications & Experience  

Community First Health Plans is currently searching for an English/Spanish Translation Specialist (Corporate Communications & Experience) to support the department’s marketing and communications efforts. This includes, but is not limited to converting written material from English to Spanish while maintaining the original meaning, format, and tone, providing final proofreading and editing of materials submitted for review before final publishing, and ensuring all communications and materials distributed by Community First are accurately translated and relatable to the intended audience.

Web Content Specialist, Corporate Communications & Experience  

Community First Health Plans is currently searching for a Web Content Specialist (Corporate Communications & Experience) who will write, edit, proofread, and publish content for various digital communication platforms, including but not limited to public websites, secure portals, and secure sites. The candidate will utilize HTML code to improve and update content, contribute to the UX design process to ensure content is appropriately structured, and measure data to optimize digital content performance. 

Social Media Management Specialist, Corporate Communications & Experience  

Community First Health Plans is currently searching for a Social Media Management Specialist (Corporate Communications & Experience) who will coordinate the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic social media content based on target audience behavior and current trends. This includes, but is not limited to tracking and optimizing social media performance, curating content for social marketing and other digital platforms, and collaborating with the Creative Services Team to develop social media campaigns that support external department programs and business efforts.

Digital Marketing Content Specialist, Corporate Communications & Experience  

Community First Health Plans is currently searching for a Digital Marketing Content Specialist (Corporate Communications & Experience) who will lead various digital communication platforms, including but not limited to email marketing, e-newsletters, SMS and phone call campaigns, public websites, and secure sites. The candidate will coordinate the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of three newsletters and ad hoc deployments, curate consumer-friendly content, write scripts to support external department programs and marketing campaigns, and measure data to optimize digital content performance.

Senior Analyst, Accounts Payable  

Community First Health Plans is currently searching for a Senior Analyst (Accounts Payable) who will plan, organize, and assist the Director of Financial Accounting with the daily operations and activities of the Finance Department. This includes, but is not limited to, processing the weekly Accounts Payable check run, reviewing vendor statements, and assisting in the month-end and year-end closing of Accounts Payable to the general ledger. Also facilitates the resolution of invoice discrepancies by working with Procurement Services, Department Managers / Community First staff, and outside vendors.
