With Zelis’ recent acquisition of Payspan, Community First Health Plans, Inc. (Community First) transitioned to the Zelis Payments Network effective August 1.
As a result, Providers need to take the following steps to enroll with Zelis to continue receiving electronic payments.
- Visit CommunityFirst.epayment.center/register.
- You will be questioned about a registration code. Select “No” and click “Next.”
- Complete the indicated fields in the “About Your Practice” section and click “Submit Request.”
- You should receive two emails.
- The first email will be sent immediately, informing you that you will receive a registration code within 48 hours.
- The second email will contain your registration code. It is usually a combination of numbers and letters. You will need this code to proceed with the ePayment registration.
- Return to CommunityFirst.epayment.center/register.
- When questioned about a registration code, select “Yes.” Enter your Practice TIN, Corporate NPI, and the registration code you received via email.
If you encounter any issues and/or do not receive a confirmation email with your registration code, please check your spam filter. Email help@epayment.center to further troubleshoot and resolve your problems. If additional assistance is needed, contact Zelis at (877) 828-8770 to “ask for provisioning for Community First Health Plans” to troubleshoot your issue(s). Once a provider is provisioned, then they will have access.
You will need the following to enroll:
- Federal tax identification number (TIN) or employer identification number (EIN)
- Your practice’s corporate name and principal information
- Bank account routing transit number (RTN) or ABA routing number
- Bank account number
If you are already enrolled with Zelis, you do not need to take any action to receive electronic payments in the Zelis Payments Network.
