2025 Diabetes Garage February Series

Diabetes Garage is a FREE workshop presented by the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District and Community First to teach men with diabetes how to fuel their bodies properly so it can perform at its best—just like a car.

Each session is from 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m., with lunch provided, at Harvey E Najim YMCA. 

• Session 1 – February 4, 2025
• Session 2 – February 11, 2025
• Session 3 – February 18, 2025
• Session 4 – February 25, 2025
• Session 5 – March 4, 2025

For male Community First Members with diabetes ages 18 and up. Space is limited. Available in English and Spanish.
