2025 Diabetes Garage June Series

Diabetes Garage is a FREE workshop presented by the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District and Community First to teach men with diabetes how to fuel their bodies properly so it can perform at its best—just like a car.
Members who attend at least three classes will receive an H-E-B gift card and a loaded toolbox with diabetes supplies.
Each session is from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m., with lunch provided at the Mays Family YMCA at Potranco.
- Session 1 – June 7, 2025
- Session 2 – June 14, 2025
- Session 3 – June 21, 2025
- Session 4 – June 28, 2025
For male Community First Members with diabetes ages 18 and up. Space is limited.
