Diabetes Garage is a FREE workshop presented by the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District and Community First to teach men with diabetes how to fuel their bodies properly so it can perform at its best—just like a car.

Members who attend at least three classes will receive a loaded toolbox with diabetes supplies.

Each session is from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., with lunch provided at the Igo Library at 13330 Kyle Seale Pkwy, San Antonio, TX 78249 (1604 & W Hausman Rd inside the loop).
