Diabetes Garage is a FREE workshop presented by the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District and Community First to teach men with diabetes how to fuel their bodies properly so it can perform at its best—just like a car.
In addition to a toolbox filled with diabetes supplies, Members who attend all 4 sessions will receive a $50 gift card to H-E-B.
Each session is from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m., with lunch provided at Las Palmas Branch Library at 515 Castroville Rd San Antonio, TX 78237.

- Session 2 – October 1, 2026
- Session 3 – October 8, 2026
- Session 4 – October 15, 2026
For male Community First Members with diabetes ages 18 and up. Space is limited.
