Diabetes Garage is a FREE workshop presented by the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District and Community First to teach men with diabetes how to fuel their bodies properly so it can perform at its best—just like a car.

Members who attend at least three classes will receive a loaded toolbox with diabetes supplies.

Each session is from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m., with lunch provided at Las Palmas Library at 515 Castroville Rd, San Antonio, TX 78237.

Session 1 – July 10, 2026
Session 2 – July 17, 2026
Session 3 – July 24, 2026
Session 4 – July 31, 2026

For male Community First Members with diabetes ages 18 and up. Space is limited.
