Diabetes Garage Series June 2026

Diabetes Garage is a FREE workshop presented by the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District and Community First to teach men with diabetes how to fuel their bodies properly so it can perform at its best—just like a car.
Members who attend at least three classes will receive a loaded toolbox with diabetes supplies.
Each session is from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., with lunch provided at Forest Hills Library at 5245 Ingram Rd, San Antonio, TX 78228.

- Session 3 – June 18, 2026
- Session 4 – June 25, 2026
For male Community First Members with diabetes ages 18 and up. Space is limited.
