Get back-to-school ready! Grace Pavilion Community Outreach will be distributing 4000 backpacks with school supplies to students from Pre-K to 12th grade, along with these services:

Free Health Screenings: mammograms, vaccinations, wellness checks, dental/eye screenings, HIV/AIDS testing, etc.

Free Food Distribution

Community and healthcare resources from vendors and health providers

Marketing representatives will be available to answer questions about Community First insurance plans for members and potential members.
