If your child has asthma, join us for a community outreach session at Olmos Elementary School on Thursday, May 18 at 3 p.m. Learn about the importance of having an asthma action plan on file with your child’s school nurse, as well as common asthma triggers, asthma management, resources for care, and information about free and low-cost health plans your child may qualify for.

Presenters include representatives from the San Antonio Kids Breathe and Community First Health Plans. Afternoon snacks will be provided!

When arriving for the session, please enter through the Family Room’s side door. You will also need to bring your ID to sign in.

A separate session will be conducted in Spanish, also on May 18 at Olmos Elementary at 1 p.m.
