The Battle of Flowers® Parade honors the heroic spirit of the patriots of the Alamo, commemorates the victories of San Jacinto and Goliad and celebrates the diversity and heritage of Texas and our nation. The 2022 Parade will honor the cultural history to which this event has contributed since its inception 131 years ago with fresh floral tributes and the theme “Viva Las Flores!”
