Community First has contracted with an interpreter service for any Provider’s office that does not have bilingual employees or sign language interpreters. Services are available for sign language, Spanish, English, Pashto, Vietnamese, and other languages that may be spoken by our Members. The service is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Providers and Members can use the service during normal business hours by calling our Member Services Department at 210-358-6300 or toll-free at 1-800-434-2347. Requests for interpreter services after hours and on weekends are answered by and arranged for through Community First’s Nurse Advice Line.
