Take a step toward better mental health by joining our Healthier You! Mental Fitness Member Activity! This spring, we’re celebrating Mental Health Awareness Month by encouraging you to share how you care for your mind.

To participate, please fill out this form and tell us how you stay mentally fit, whether it's journaling, staying active, taking breaks, or doing something else that helps you feel your best. You can also share a picture of your wellness activity (optional).
