The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is currently conducting member experience surveys to learn more about how Medicaid members feel about their health care services, providers, and transportation.
Some Community First Health Plans Members may receive a letter inviting them to take part in one of these surveys.
Key Details:
If you are selected, you will receive a letter from HHSC and the University of Florida.
The survey will ask about:
- Your experiences with doctors and care providers
- How easy it is to get the care you need
- Transportation services, if you use them
If you get the letter, you can choose to:
- Call the number provided in the letter to take the survey by phone
- Visit the website listed in the letter to take the survey online
Taking the survey is voluntary and won’t affect your Medicaid benefits.
