The vendor for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation, MTM, has updated their hours of operation for the 2021 Holiday season.
MTM will have the phone lines staffed during the holidays on the same regular nonholiday schedule. This means that their lines will be staffed as follows:
Monday – Friday Contact Center Hours for Routine Scheduling
Member Reservation Line – 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST)
Monday – Sunday Contact Center Hours for “Where’s my Ride?” Line
WMR Line- 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week
MTM will be open on all holidays EXCEPT: New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
