Network Provider Update

May 19, 2025 | Member News

On June 2, 2025, DispatchHealth, an in-home urgent care provider, will leave our service area and will not be in the Community First network anymore.

As a Community First Health Plans Member, you can still choose from a large network of urgent care providers for same-day care any time your primary care doctor is not available and you need to be seen right away. You can also get care at an urgent care clinic after hours or on weekends for non-life-threatening health needs like flu symptoms, high fevers, sore throats, upset stomachs, or minor injuries.

Remember that you can always call the Community First 24/7 Nurse Advice Line at 1-800-434-2347, where you can talk to a registered nurse 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They can help you decide if you need to go to an urgent care center or if you can wait to see your primary care provider.

The nurse can also help Members find an in-network urgent care clinic near you, or you can use our Provider Directory to find one.

Current and former DispatchHealth patients can see their related medical records through the patient portal at DispatchHealth.com/PatientPortal or App.ChartRequest.com.

We also provide a behavioral health management program, an asthma program, and financial wellness classes for eligible Members. Learn more about healthy habits on our blog, Vive 210 or in our semi-annual Member Newsletter.

*Community First Members in our Health & Wellness programs may also be eligible for additional wellness benefits and rewards. Limitations and restrictions may apply.
