Jul 7, 2025 | Member News

Community First Health Plans is devastated by the Hill Country floods. Our teams are here to help.

Community First Members with special health care needs who need assistance, please contact your assigned Service Coordinator directly. Your Service Coordinator can help you:

  • Replace necessary medical equipment, services, or supplies.
  • Get medications/prescriptions
  • Find community resources that can help you get access to food or shelter
  • Get transportation to a medical appointment or pharmacy

STAR Kids and STAR+PLUS Members can find their Service Coordinator’s name and phone number on the Community First Member Portal or call 1-855-607-7827.

Community First Members who do not have a Service Coordinator can call Member Services at 1-800-434-2347 or at the number listed on your Member ID card to speak with someone who can help.

As a reminder, mental health support is covered as a benefit under your health plan. A referral is not needed to make an appointment with a mental health professional.
