If you’re an expecting mom looking to connect with other moms-to-be and learn more about pregnancy, newborn care, and the postpartum period, register now for our Maternal Community Health Club, designed to educate and empower pregnant women and create a supportive space for sharing and conversation.
After each club session, you’ll receive gifts like self-care items, baby items, breastfeeding accessories, and more. Eligible Members will also receive a pack & play or car seat.*
To join, you must be:
- Pregnant
- A Member of Community First Health Plans
- Enrolled in the Healthy Expectations Maternity Program
Sessions are from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at our Avenida Guadalupe Community Office, 1410 Guadalupe Street, Ste. 222. Lunch is provided.
