Zelis® will have a maintenance window for the Payspan Portal Saturday, September 18th at 8 P.M. (ET), with an expected duration of up to 13 hours, please note that Core systems will be unavailable from 8 P.M. (ET) on September 20th through 9 A.M. (ET) on September 21st due to server hardware maintenance.
Since Premiums Payments has already migrated from on-prem to the AWS cloud, we currently have only three remaining Payspan Windows servers. These servers will not be part of this weekend’s patching activities due to ongoing changes related to AVI. As a result, Member Portal will not be impacted by this maintenance.
