Community First Health Plans (CFHP) converted to a new STAR Kids Billing Matrix On June 1, 2019. Upon further review, CFHP identified errors on the billing matrix and has retracted it from its website and provider portal.
CFHP apologizes for the inconvenience this may have caused our providers. We have updated our website and provider portal with the correct version of the STAR Kids Billing Matrix. We are asking that you remove your Matrix dated June 1, 2019 and replace it with the Matrix dated June 5, 2017.
