As of June 1, 2019, Community First Health Plans (CFHP) converted to a new core platform system. We are currently experiencing an issue with the response files known as 277CA and 999, which alert a claim submitter as to the “Acceptance” or “Rejection” of a claim submission. We can assure each provider that the clearing houses are sending claims to CFHP and CFHP is in receipt of those files. We expect to have this issue resolved within the next 7 calendar days and will communicate on all response files for claims submitted to CFHP since June 1, 2019.
