Provider Office Staff Advisory Committee Meetings

Community First Health Plans invites in-network Medicaid providers to join our quarterly Provider Office Staff Advisory Committee (POSAC) Meetings!

These virtual sessions are a great opportunity for providers and office staff to share feedback, learn about current initiatives, and shape the overall provider experience.

Register for a meeting and have the chance to:

• Connect with our team and strengthen communication between Community First and network providers
• Share concerns, challenges, and suggestions for improvement
• Hear updates on current and new initiatives and discuss how they may affect providers and Community First Members
• Provide feedback to help improve processes, programs, and services

Meetings are held quarterly from 10 a.m. to noon, and the meeting link will be emailed to registered participants two weeks before the scheduled meeting date.
