Our annual Senior Citizen Appreciation Fiesta on Friday, November 7, 2025, is a fun-filled morning featuring connection, enjoyment, giveaways, and more!
This is a free, family-friendly indoor event with activities for all ages! Seniors and their family can enjoy:
🍎 Light breakfast snacks and beverages
🛍️ 1 free produce bag per senior (while supplies last)
👩🏻⚕️ Health Screenings, including blood pressure, blood glucose, BMI, and Ask a Nurse
🏆 Healthy Bingo with fun prizes and so much more!
In addition to all of the fun activities, our Medicare team will be available to answer questions about our Community First Medicare Advantage HMO plans. We will also have representatives available to review all our health plan options for each member of your family.
We LOVE our seniors and empower them to take control of their health by choosing the right Medicare plan, so they can continue to do the things they love the most!

Enrolling in a Community First Medicare Advantage plan is easy.
- Medicare beneficiaries can enroll in Community First’s Alamo Medicare Advantage plan through the CMS Medicare Online Enrollment Center at Medicare.gov.
- If you have Medicare and Medicaid, you can also enroll in Community First Medicare Advantage D-SNP at Medicare.gov.
