Claim MD, a secure electronic transmission method for claim submission, is now integrated into the new Community First Provider Portal. Providers now have the option to use either Claim MD or Availity at any given time to submit claims.

To access Claim MD:

  1. Log in to the secure Provider Portal
  2. Select the “Resources” menu
  3. Click on the Claim MD link

Community First sponsors all claims submissions through Availity and Claim MD for single submission claims. Therefore, both options are provided at no cost to our Provider network.

Beginning September 1, 2024 Community First Health Plans, Inc. will be adding STAR+PLUS to its line of health care products.
