The Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) has published the 2026 onboarding schedule for EVV Proprietary System Operators (PSOs) on the TMHP EVV Proprietary Systems webpage.
What This Means for Providers:
An EVV proprietary system is an approved alternative to the state-provided EVV system that exchanges EVV data with the EVV Aggregator. Program providers and financial management services agencies (FMSAs) who want to use a proprietary system must submit an electronic EVV Proprietary System Request Form to begin the onboarding process.
Key Details:
- Providers and FMSAs interested in becoming a PSO can submit the Proprietary System Request Form at any time.
- If you previously submitted a form and confirmed with TMHP that you are still interested, you do not need to submit another.
- If your form shows a “Completed” status in the EVV Portal, you will have the opportunity to onboard in 2026.
- Continue checking the status of your submitted form in the EVV Portal.
For more information, refer to the Accessing the EVV Portal for Program Providers and FMSAs job aid or email the TMHP EVV PSO team with questions.
