In response to the recent severe winter weather, HHSC issued Temporary EVV Policies for Severe Winter Weather. The flexibilities are for dates of service of February 10, 2021 through February 24, 2021. The flexibilities are for program providers, financial
management services agencies and consumer directed services employers required to use EVV.
