In today’s fast-paced world, quick and easy access to health care is important. As a valued Member of Community First Health Plans, your well-being is our top priority. We offer many services designed to help you get the care you need when you need it.
In-Home Urgent Care
When you have an urgent medical need, get same-day treatment from a fully-equipped medical team in the comfort of your own home. Community First has partnered with DispatchHealth® to bring the doctor’s office to you, treating everything an urgent care clinic can and more. This is an in-network service for Community First Members.

Ask your doctor if they offer telemedicine. Telemedicine allows you to see your doctor virtually, using your phone or tablet, rather than meeting in person. Telemedicine is sometimes called “telehealth” or a “virtual visit” with your doctor. Telemedicine is a great option for follow-up appointments, management of chronic conditions, medication management/refills, and consultations with medical specialists. Community First covers telemedicine the same as an in-person visit.
In-Network Urgent Care Centers
As a Community First Member, your network of care includes many Urgent Care Centers located across our service area for your convenience. This means you can get care quickly close to home when your doctor’s office is closed. Find an urgent care center near you using our Find a Provider online search tool.
If you have a medical question or concern, you have access to medical advice from a registered nurse 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our nurses speak English and Spanish and help determine if you need immediate care.
