Influenza is a serious illness that can lead to hospitalization, complications, or even death in young children. Community First Health Plans is seeking your support to ensure that all eligible children aged 6 to 24 months receive two doses of the flu vaccine for their safety during flu season.
Key Details:
Effective August 1, 2025, Community First will offer a $50 incentive to Primary Care Providers (PCPs) for each Medicaid-enrolled child aged 6 to 24 months who receives both doses of the influenza vaccine before their second birthday.
To help promote this initiative, Community First developed a reference sheet for PCPs and staff, including eligibility, billing codes, and helpful tips to increase vaccination compliance.
