Community First is continuously working to improve our delivery of quality care and service in a safe manner. To reach this goal, we measure Member access to quality care annually and always welcome Member input and recommendations. We also analyze and seek guidance from the following:

  • Member satisfaction survey results
  • Complaint data
  • Phone surveys we conduct

CAHPS Member Survey

The Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) is a survey of Member satisfaction. It is part of a national project by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), a non-profit group that helps people learn more about health care plans. Conducting the CAHPS survey helps us meet NCQA accreditation standards and various state regulations. 

You may have received the CAHPS survey in the mail in February. If so, we encourage you to take a few minutes to complete this important survey!

SPH Analytics, an independent research firm, is helping us conduct this survey. No one except the staff at SPH Analytics and NCQA will view your survey answers.
