Community First Health Plans is sharing important information from the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) regarding the continued transition of Provider applications to TMHP IAMOnline.
Effective August 3, 2026, TMHP will add additional online portal applications to TMHP IAMOnline. TMHP IAMOnline serves as the secure entry point for accessing TMHP applications and provides single sign-on and account management functionality.
TMHP IAMOnline Account Activation
Providers should have received TMHP IAMOnline activation emails on June 8 or June 15, 2026.
TMHP also issued an additional IAMOnline activation email on July 28, 2026. Providers should check their email inbox for the activation email and follow the instructions provided to complete account activation.
To begin the activation process, select the Activate Account button included in the email.
To activate an account, Providers must:
- Follow the instructions included in the activation email.
- Log in to TMHP IAMOnline.
- Set a password.
- Register multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Providers have seven days from receipt of the activation email to complete the activation process.
Providers who did not act on either the June 8 or June 15 activation email must contact the TMHP Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Help Desk and request that the activation email be resent.
Providers who have not received a TMHP IAMOnline activation email should:
- Work with their organization’s information technology (IT) staff to ensure the activation email was not blocked by security settings.
- Add the following email addresses to the organization’s email whitelist:
- Check Spam or Junk folders for the activation email.
Providers who complete these troubleshooting steps and still have not received an activation email should contact the TMHP EDI Help Desk at 888-863-3638 for assistance.
After activation is complete, Providers can access transitioned applications through the TMHP IAMOnline My Apps Dashboard.
Provider MFA Registration
TMHP IAMOnline offers single sign-on and password self-service capabilities. When logging in to TMHP IAMOnline, Texas Medicaid Providers are required to use MFA.
Providers will:
- Register their MFA when they activate their TMHP IAMOnline account.
- Be automatically enrolled in email-based MFA.
- Have the option to add Okta Verify or Google Authenticator as additional MFA methods.
To access Okta Verify or Google Authenticator, Providers will download the app from Apple App Store or Google Play to their primary mobile device. Providers can set up the account with either a QR code or with a sign-in uniform resource locator (URL).
