Community First Health Plans is sharing important information regarding TMHP IAMOnline account activation for Texas Medicaid providers.
TMHP IAMOnline is the new entry point for accessing applications on the TMHP webpage and is required to manage services, access resources, and perform essential TMHP-related tasks.
Background:
Providers should check their email inbox for the TMHP IAMOnline activation email sent on June 8 and 15, 2026, and follow the instructions provided to complete account activation.
To begin the activation process:
- Click the “Activate Account” button in the email
- Follow the prompts to set up your account
Providers who have not yet activated their account may receive additional activation emails from TMHP in the future.
A TMHP IAMOnline user guide is available through TMHP’s Learning Management System (LMS) webpage. The guide includes instructions on:
- Accessing TMHP applications
- Managing account security
- Navigating the IAMOnline platform
